Fees
The registration fee for the entire session includes all teaching, resource materials,
access to MTTU facilities and extra-curricular activities.
Accommodation, living expenses and travel are not included.
The early registration fee, deadline May 7th, is $525. A special rate of $450 is available for ICOM members.
After May 7th the late registration fee of $600 applies. Payment must be settled within two weeks of registration.
All payments should be made free of banking charges to the recepient. A letter of confirmation will be sent when full payment has been received.
Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received by June 7th, 2013, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee of $75.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
